Thank you for purchasing our products at Advantage Hygiene Services.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. The packaging must still be intact and the item in a resellable condition.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase or a store credit will be offered. For credit card, PayPal and Afterpay payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up in your account.
If the product is damaged in any way, you do not have a tax invoice or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned goods that do not meet the criteria above. Special items are not returnable. Advantage Hygiene Services reserves the right to accept or deny returns for goods that are not faulty.
